There is easy launching here beside a children's play park. It has the added advantage of public toilets.

Telegraph poles block all the arches of this bridge. They are kept clear by the farmer as they are there to stop livestock walking down stream.

You can slide a canoe under at low water levels or portage round the bridge river right.
